François ANDRE
Coordinateur Projets, ADEUNIS-RF
1999 - 2011Lead of sized projects within an international context with multicultural virtual teams . To my credit: large and innovative projects for Whirpool, outstanding openings in new customers (CANDY Group and Atlant) and 2 years spent in support for Electronic Engineering Center and Production plant in Qingdao/China
1997 - 1999A 2 years mission to increase capability of the firmware engineering team (11 engineers), built up an innovative software platform for washer (awarded in Domotechnica fair 1999) and put in place SART/SDRT methodology and tools.

1993 - 1997My first position as a project leader. With a team of 7 engineers on 2 plants, we developped a new brand of electronic control for washer in mecatronic technology. Despite the company was already ISO9001 certified, our Project organization was not so mature and i remember this has been a huge task for me as a junior project leader to complete these projects. however at the end of the day, I have earned plenty of learnings and experiences.
1988 - 1993I joined EATON Appliance Controls after completion of my last project in my former company. Thanks to my robust experience in microcontroller, I successfully completed the development of numeric speed control for BAUKNECHT & BOSCH-SIEMENS. Five exiting years with the challenge to develop a brand of numeric speed control for domestic washer while most of the market was still broadly oriented in analog system.
1980 - 1988My first job in the company in which I completed 6 months before, a work experience placement.
Within the engineering team in charge of development of micro mecatronic products, I set up a great experience in electronic design.
I had the chance to participate to tremendous projects as :
- Matrix Pick & Place header for leather industry, awarded in Miconora Fair 1988
- Dot matrix fiber optic display for motorwat signs
- Motion control system for Laser cutting machinery
I also appreciated to be close to Watch Industry experts and to learn about this technology
