Frank Toupin is Director of Product Marketing for Western Europe in ZTE Corporation and has more than 15 years of telecommunication experience. He began his career as an engineer in charge of the GSM radio infrastructure for Bouygues Telecom. He also worked for France Telecom as an International Corporate Program Manager in charge of international networks in financial market. He joined Nortel in 2000 as a Product Line Manager on UMTS evolution like IP based UMTS access and support of real-time IMS services. He has also worked on HSxPA as a Product Marketing Manager for two years before joining ZTE Corporation in 2005. Over the last decade, he has worked with leading operators and has been involved in many conferences and publications in Europe, North America and Asia.

Frank was graduated from "Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications" – a leading engineering school in Paris – in 1995 and completed an executive MBA from HEC – the first european business school – in 2008.
