I am currently working for SOPRA and its client ORANGE, updating Service Level Agreements used by support and development teams. Not fascinating but hopefully other opportunities to come!
I have worked in France, US and UK for companies such as Andersen and Accenture, either as customer support analyst, technical writer or change management analyst.
My main degree is in economics (France and England), but I also have a PGCE for teaching French (and Maths) to secondary school students which I studied at Keele University.
I am bilingual and currently learning German (again) as I have financial interests in Berlin (a flat).
