Engineer graduated from the french school ESITPA, I followed the NEOCON-MBA program of the University of Dubuque (Iowa).
I've worked for Rousselot SAS, an international company manufacturing gelatin, for forteen years. Working successively in the Rousselot plants based in the south of China, south of France, north of USA, and now west of France, I've been in charge of maintenance, engineering, production and environment. I'm now deputy plant manager of Saria plant in Benet France.

2007 - 2010In charge of the maintenance, engineering, energy and purchase department of the gelatin production plant in Angoulême. Reorganization of the maintenance staff (35 people) and managing investment projects for an annual budget of 2.5 millions euros. Energy (gaz and electricity) purchaser for the Rousselot plants in France. Kaisen projects technical coordinator.
2003 - 2006In charge of the waste water treatment department. Start up of a new denitrification unit for a population equivalent of 175000 inhabitants. Renewal with public investigation of the decree authorizing the factory as Installation Classified for the Environmental Protection with the agricultural spreading sludge. Deployment of the environmental part of a System of Integrated Management (Quality - Hygiene - Safety - Environment) following the standard ISO 14.001 for Angouleme plant
2001 - 2003In charge of production from raw material to finish product. Organization of working groups integrating foremen and operators to improve productivity, quality and working conditions with productivity records (+20% of product shipped in 2002). Process control charts set up and adjustment of manufacturing parameters to solve a customer quality problem.Three years without lost-time accident for Dubuque plant. Preparation of production increase x2 project for Dubuque plant
2000 - 2001In charge of maintenance department. Reorganization of maintenance and setting up an external maintenance contract with results obligation as from January 2001. Project leader for a new maintenance IT application SAP/R3.
1997 - 2000In charge of maintenance and engineering department. Development of an external maintenance contract for mechanical maintenance. Preparation of the projects of investment and follow-up of the building sites. Member of the Safety and Hygiene Comity as executive advisor.
