    Courbevoie 2009 - 2012 • Leading support business strategy with helicopter OEMs (Eurocopter, Turbomeca, AgustaWestland, Sikorsky …) through a team of Account Managers worldwide (France, USA & Italy mainly).
    • Responsible for helicopter in-service programs gross margin improvement plans through P&L analysis.
    • Accountable for supportability of helicopter avionics products systems throughout their life (8 000 helicopters in-service), particularly during the entry into service of new products/standards (ILS management) and after first fit manufacturing phase out (obsolescence management).
    • Major in-service issues task force leader (crisis management) and retrofit management.
    • Transverse management of helicopter ILS activities, optimizing support business plans during bid and ILS phases.

  • Thales avionics - Head of Field Support Engineering for Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EuMEA)

    Courbevoie 2008 - 2009 • Developed international team management capabilities (up to 5 different nationalities based in up to 7 different countries) building up and leading a team of 10 field support engineers based in several airports within the EuMEA region to support Thales Avionics IFE customers (airlines) during the EIS of their new systems.
    • Definition of field support engineers standard processes, tools and trainings through the management of continuous improvement projects.
    • Between 2008 and 2009, succeeded in decreasing self-funded activities by 65%.

  • Thales avionics - Leader - IFE Engineering European Office

    Courbevoie 2006 - 2008 • Leadership of a team of 6 engineers based in Toulouse and Hamburg, both in In-Flight Engineering system and installation engineering. Achieved to deliver commitments on time with a 25% cost reduction target.
    • Key technical interface between Airbus cabin definition team (Toulouse and Hamburg), European seat/racks suppliers and Thales Avionics IFE engineering teams located in California.
