    - Creation of the requirements for sourcing Asian ODM products.
    - Research and audit of potential Asian ODM products (South Korea, Taiwan, China).
    - Asian factories audits (quality, technical compliance, human resources).
    - Project management and interface (technical, customisation, marketing) between the Asian partners and the European customers (Mobile Operators and Distributors).

    Achievements:
    - 15 potential Asian ODM manufacturers short-listed (4 in South Korea, 5 in Taiwan and 6 in China).
    - 24 factories audited in Asia (mother board, plastic injection and final assembly).
    - Final selection of the 5 best partners with contracts negotiated and signed for European distribution.
    - 80000 products consequently imported and sold in the UK, France and South Africa to the Mobile Operators and Consumer Electronics Distributors, over a period of 6 months.
    - Additional Software engineer successfully recruited.
  • SENDO Mobile Phones - Head of Customization Southern Europe

    2000 - 2005 Mission:
    - Product and Project management, multifunctional and multicultural teams coordination, strategic planning.
    - Product positioning, forecasts, European customer project management and interface, tenders management.
    - Marketing strategy and planning, media campaigns management, communication, PR.
    - Main commercial and technical interface with the Network Operators and Distributors.

    Achievements:
    - Launched the first Sendo products in 6 European Countries.
    - 13 new products introduced in Europe with more than 80 Customer projects managed.
    - More than 20 communication and co-branding campaigns developed and managed in France and Morocco.
    - 400000 products sold in France to the 3 Operators (SFR, Orange, Bouygues) and 300000 products sold in Morocco (Payma, Telyco, Meditel), over a period of 12 months. 3 products ranged by Orange Global for the Q3 2005 Catalogue.

    - My accurate in-country market analysis in Europe and Asia led to appropriate production capacity sizing and components sourcing.
    - To get the most efficient Gfk distribution panel management output, I structured the market analyst team.
