    2018 - 2019 Provenconsult is a young ICT consulting entity from Proven SA, with 3 competencies domains (EAI; BI & Analytics; RPA Robotic Process Automation). I’ve been appointed to build a PM Department (PMO) to setup PM processes, methods and tools, and best practices across ICT domains. The strategy is to liaise efficiently with Sales, Consulting and Service Delivery departments. Achievements:
    • I achieved successfully as PM the BSS Transformation project within the main Telecom operator in KSA.
    • I selected the new Consulting Director to join the Company.
    • I launched the (RFP to Project) new business processes and PMO processes, while selecting the PMO toolset using MS Azure and Office 365 Cloud environments

    Blagnac 2018 - 2018 ACCOUNTABILITIES / MAJOR END RESULTS
    As a Business Transformation manager, I reshaped with 4 Business Analysts the Extended Enterprise transformation initiative (called Plug & Play), coach and led them to grow in their Work Package Leaders role.
    I setup a KPI set (Initiative / Portfolio Management) thru BI solution to measure initiatives life-cycle and put PM methodologies to manage better Business Case, Stakeholders Management, Roadmap, Budget and Deliverables.
    As Account Manager, I reshaped with success the Business relationship with the Single Aisle End to End 3D Project (SA E2E 3D on 3 years), to represent ZIMTX and manage 3 Extended Enterprise Process Method Tools Focal points contractors, adding PM technics to improve communication, stakeholder’s accountabilities, stay focused on our deliverables, prepare 2019 budget, preparing a smooth transition to the next Account Manager.
