Formulate a strategy as how to fulfil the overall targets and fulfil the budget within the Client Services area.
Allocate local resources in the most efficient way.
Drive the recruitment process of new employees within the area
Allocate resources for new clients in co-operation with the Head of Sales.
Develop individual development plans for all members of Client Services. Hold individual bi-yearly reviews.
Set salaries for team members in close cooperation with the local MD
Report to the Director Client Services (Sweden Based)
Advice and develop local employees on how to move accounts forward and to set targets on specific clients
Attend knowledge sharing forums such as workshops, e-mail lists and telephone meetings in Europe.
Build strong relationships with key senior level staff on key accounts
Analyse and forecast results of proposed activities

Digital marketing knowledge

SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, media buying, worldwide strategic partnership, some recent test on Pay per call (including offline channel such as Teletexte)
Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of performance-based marketing
Have a profound knowledge about marketing and branding theories
Thorough knowledge of how major advertisers generate results on the web
(background from media agency, marketing department, advertiser, competitors etc)
