O3P Project (Outil de Prototypage de Postes de Pilotage)
O3P project's goal is to provide a dynamic software environment of simulated cockpits to Airbus EYAV cockpit designers. Before the redaction of systems specifications for manufacturers, these simulations allow validation of HMIs and cockpit evolution concepts by test crews. Project provides and maintains several simulation environments (several stations simulators, Airbus AC-1 platforms, localhost simulations…). The project simulates most of aircrafts’ models, systems and aeronautical functions (civil or military).
Since August 2000, SOGETI High Tech has a partner relationship with Airbus France for O3P activities. The workload is around 25 men/x years.
Mission:
Management of a 25 people team (including Indian resources): budget, technical and human following, scheduling, pre-sales and reporting to group direction and Airbus stakeholders.
2008 - 2012Mission:
In direct interaction with Market Unit Direction and in line with transformation strategy:
Development of business unit's offshore transformation strategy, coordination of Export Control procedures, resources management (sourcing, staffing, training), projects management (sales, organization, follow-up).

O3P Project – Flight Management System
Mission:
In the O3P project (described in "Bundle Manager” work experience), management of a 6 people team (including Indian resources) dedicated to FMS activities (most critical system embedded on Airbus aircraft simulation): technical following, hundreds stakeholders management, scheduling, activities assessments, operational specifications writing, model architecture and development (JAVA, XML...) concerning civil FMS simulation (A380, A350) and military functions (A400M - LLF, Airdrop or AAR).

Mission:
Functional specification, design and development of simulated models (FWS A380 and A400M, generic FG - using JAVA, C++, Swing, JAVA3D, XML...); studies, development and integration of A330 MRTT cockpit.
