I am enthusiast, pragmatic, hedonist and I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge in many fields and I'm found of sharing knowledge.

I appreciate pedagogic approach and practice it myself as part of teamwork or during training that I lead. The sharing of knowledge associated with pedagogy helps to raise competence of all employees and thus boost motivation, encourage them and sharpen their critical thinking and self-criticism.

As business analyst/solution designer, during workshops with business and solution presentation front of Design Authority, I try to articulate proposals and solutions that I make according to best practices and I'm always open to ear different points of views and founded criticisms . I think it's a good way to reach at the end the optimal solution.

I lead and contribute as Business analyst on projects involving solutions as SalesForce, Eloqua, Business Object, Metranet following SOA/SaaS principles.
