Project Manager - Security Advisor – Business Continuity

• Coordinating and developing physical security division, practices and internal processes, as well as security team. Reporting to Microsoft Global Security and on all the branches and subsidiaries of Microsoft France.

• Key contact point and technical referent for Managers, Work Council, Customers & Land Lord Manager in terms of physical security, security process, cost and forecast, security management team & incident and a part of health & safety.

• Participating to the development and update of policies, standards and evaluation grids to reduce the risk of intrusion or theft of physical property, to maintain an optimal level of physical security within Microsoft.

• Ensure coordination with the local contacts in the various subsidiaries providing plans to upgrade or the potential solutions to current problems such as restricted area, CCTV, Alarm monitoring, data privacy, while respecting the standards and laws in force and the budgetary constraints of the relevant subsidiary.

• Set up security audits in collaboration with external service providers or legal authorities if necessary, and coordinating the monitoring and reporting of incidents and tests of physical security.

• Ensure the communication of deliverables (security procedures, technical monitoring solutions, etc.) and make sure of their good integration and implementation.

• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio and SharePoint. AutoCAD. Lenel Onguard.

HIV and Oncology over 25 countries (WW) and 15 000 patients.
• Ensured that all relevant documentation for designed studies/sites are
complete and accurate, properly coded and promptly filed throughout the
study.
• Assisting communicate actions between clients, teams members and others
members of the project team and to be viewed by the Clinical Research
Assistants as an important source of project information and assistance.
