Inside the Business Unit Cbp International, I’m the head of 2 activities:
- I drive the relationships with our European partners: partners with whom we have operations in several countries. One of them is our first partner in terms of revenues. We run operations in Italy, Spain, Germany and Austria. The activity covers contract renewals, financial negotiations, assessment to increase quality, audit,...
- I am head of the Project Management team (4 people). We lead business, digital and organization projects. Business projects include distributor/insurance partners.

    SAINT HERBLAIN 2017 - 2019 We (5 people) design and led the transformation of IT and organization departments. We merged them to build a single department, agile oriented.

    The result, the Digital Technology Services counts 170 people : project managers, product owners, functional expert, IT developers, testers. We are performing the digital and IT implementations for CBP group.

    I am member of the IT board which drive the entity.

    I am in charge of supporting the international business developments for Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Austria. The activity start from defining the processes, managing the projects, developing the changes, doing the user acceptance and deploying the changes.
    I drive 7 teams composed by 35 people: 5 IT product teams in charge of implementing and running IT Tools, a business analyst team and the European Project Mangers

    With the project management team, we run business, improvements, IT or organizational projects. They are often including distributor/insurance partners.
