- Prepared 2015 strategic plan in direct collaboration with the CEO and by coordinating key functions, especially marketing (regional subsidiary of a major Bank);
- Analysed retail banking trends and main potential evolutions including new payment modes (strategy department, retail and investment bank);
- Due diligence with very tight time constraints in consumer goods and energy sectors: competitive landscape and growth potential, including analysis of existing BP for main projects / main product launch.
Organization and operational optimization:
- Proposed standardization recommendations to executive committee on sourcing / procurement and S&OP processes in a complex and international set-up;
- Defined optimized logistic flows using complex modelling to reduce costs without impacting quality of service: 200M€ gains at stake (leading retailer);
- Designed customised HR organization to cope with new geographical patterns : shift from a French to an international model (major car manufacturer);
- Defined the roadmap and the transition strategy for the implementation of a shared procurement service center: quick understanding required to avoid roll-out failure;
- Led workshops and extensive qualitative interviews with all relevant stakeholders to identify and adjust implementation obstacles – 70 people involved;
- Coached and trained two people on site to overcome blocking points for the implementation of major transformation initiatives concerning 40 people. Program still running today;
- Established new governance scheme for an investment fund in Morocco including modelling of possible earnings sharing scenarios
