Key Job accountabilities
- Develop and maintain contacts with Clients and Client personnel in their local and head offices and familiarise them with SBM s range of offshore installation services.
- Establish a local network with clients and potential clients to ensure full awareness of all installation work which will have to be executed in their region.
- Regularly visit client base to be a preferred contractor.
- Identify projects which present an opportunity to sell SBM offshore installation services.
- Obtain clear enquiries for identified projects and develop sales strategies with VP services M&S to secure contracts on a contractually sound and profitable basis.
- Prepare Commercial Sales Proposals and ensure the compliance of Commercial and Contractual Proposals with Clients requirements with help of Proposal Leader.
- Propose a role of arbitration at project end between SBM and Client if requested by the project.
- Keep track of offshore construction market activities through newspapers, publications, conferences, brokers, etc.
- Manage vessel utilisation objectives and targets.
