Head of Global Procurement for BNP Paribas Wealth Management since Nov. 2014, i am in charge of expenses optimization and supplier risks management.
My team liabilities involves:
- setup of procurement expenses strategies,
- deployment of operational norms,
- support to internal precribers,
- monitoring of procurement function,
- sharing best practices and procurement methodologies,
- coordination and animation of 30 international Wealth Management sites.
From 2007 to 2014, I acted as an International Program Manager for BNP Paribas and managed International Regulatory Programs, processes optimization, operational performance improvement, organizations transformation (e.g. functions and banking entities re organization) for the Business Line.
In 2001 i founded Apsyme, a dedicated wireless company focused on e-commerce and digitalization of IT applications on wireless devices offering a wide range of innovative features.
I managed Sales & Marketing teams from 1995 to 2000 for a software editor and an IT service provider (Coheris).
I also wrote books and publications on wireless computing, e-commerce and social media, and have obtained several Awards in IT and Banking industries.
