- Establishment of various contracts with many of these customers
- For each prospect, negotiating Non-Recurring Engineering for conception of touch demonstrators
- Co-ordination of technical development teams for demonstrator realization
- Co-ordination with other TE business units, selling connectors & relays to these customers
- Listening to and identification of customer needs. Translating those needs into requirements and in product platform definition
- Develop strategic plans
- Results: four customers ready to integrate acoustic solutions into their product with a total of sales potential of 40 M$ within one year.

Start-up New acoustic touch technology, Spin off of CNRS, bought by Tyco Electronics in 2010
- Responsibility for product and roadmap definition for control panel product range
- Road to market strategy identification and deployment
- Business development: creation of business opportunities and NRE negotiation with prospects
- Project management with R&D for lead customer’s projects
- Definition of communication messages and corporate image for the company
- Results: several demosntrators developed in co-development with major accounts in building and access control
