Saint-Martin-d'Hères

En résumé

I am currently a graduate student, and expect to receive my PhD by September 2014. My dissertation work deals with fabrication, material/device characterization, and optimization of Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin films solar cells. My primary research works are directed toward establishing and explaining the relationships between synthesis conditions of CZTSSe, physical properties and performance of photovoltaic devices. As a PhD student at the CEA Grenoble and Joseph Fourier University, I deal with methods in vacuum deposition (sputtering and evaporation), material characterization, fabrication and device processing of CZTSSe solar cells dealing to device optimization. Moreover, the participation in some project concerning Cu(In,Ga)Se2 allowed me to get in touch with the analysis of different deposition technologies like co-evaporation and co-sputtering. Since my research activity is part of an industrial collaboration: I have learned to work in close connection with external partners thus developing a team spirit but at the same time developing a self-direction in the project. Beyond my research success (including six papers and three patents), I have been fortunate to obtain a wide range of teaching experiences. My teaching roles include teaching assistant, guest lecturer. These experiences helped me to develop interpersonal communication and skills to lead distinct projects in parallel.
