Development: Drive and coordinate new programs of auxiliary power unit and propulsion engine respectively for Dassault Falcon SMS business aircraft and nEUROn military drone (UCAV). Such a program involves more than 100 persons.

Feasibility study: Prepared and wrote the specifications of the new auxiliary power unit and of other aircraft systems dedicated to the new Dassault Falcon SMS business aircraft, in close cooperation with the other company teams. Active member of the contract negociation and of the final supplier selection.

Aftermarket technical activities: In charge of analysis and corrective actions of major engine failure events on all Dassault Falcon fleet (F7X, F2000, F900, F50, F20).

Expérience professionnelle
2004 - 2007

Development: Managed S/W requirements and developed the FADEC control system technology which allows the monitoring and regulation of engine parameters, thus reducing the pilot workload and ensuring an optimal engine performance efficiency, for aircrafts (Airbus A380, Dassault Falcon 7X, ...) and helicopters (Eurocopter EC135, ...) programs.

Test and Validation: Direct P&WC interface and coordinator at customers and suppliers to support the test and the validation of the Airbus A380 aircraft auxiliary power unit at:
o Airbus Toulouse, France: A380 aircraft ground and flight test 1 month
o Institute for Aerospatial Research of the National Research Council Canada Ottawa: 4 months
Altitude chamber testing
o Hamilton Sundstrand San Diego, U.S.A.: A380 flight software compatibility testing 3 months
o Airbus Hamburg, Germany: System Integration Bench test
o P&WC Toronto, Canada: Failure Mode and Effect Demonstration test
o P&WC Montréal, Canada: Control software validation and certification test
Achieved to reduce P&WC test and validation cost (≈ 40K$/day) for Airbus A380 program by 20%.

Supply Chain (part-time mission requested by P&WC top management): Supported global supply chain performance improvement on small engines series to reach unprecedented high production delivery rate (x6).

Équipements et systèmes aéronautiques
2003 - 2004

CAD / Simulation: Studied and modeled electro-hydraulic actuator technology dedicated to electric flight controls for Bombardier aircrafts:
o Design, development and integration of a printed circuit board to measure the multi-function spoiler responses in the test bench, and comparison of the results versus the model.

Équipements et systèmes aéronautiques
1999 - 1999

CAD / Simulation: Simulated by finite element method some electromechanical device subsets dedicated to low voltage industrial products for motor starter applications (Ultima / TesysU project).
