Au cours de mes 20 années d’expérience professionnelle, j’ai pu développer mes qualités de management et leadership, principalement dans de grandes entreprises internationales (Hewlett-Packard, Volvo), dans lesquelles j’ai exercé différents métiers (consultant, chef de projet, manager d’activité opérationnelle, directeur de programme, directeur de département), dans des contextes multi culturels, complexes et variés (équipes aux Etats-Unis, en Suède, en Inde, en Pologne, en Belgique, au Royaume-Uni).
J’ai vécu ponctuellement à Göteborg (Suède), Greensboro (US) et Tokyo (Japon).

I worked in several international companies during the last 15 years.
I started in a Computers Services Company (Unilog) as business analyst, where I worked mainly for financial companies and then I joined Hewlett-Packard during 3 years.

I then joined a consulting company (Valoris) as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) manager and I worked mainly in services and industrial companies (Air France, Bouygues Telecom, Michelin and Renault Trucks).

Volvo Group employee since 2001, I have been assigned in several roles in different organizations:
Project Manager in Volvo IT (Sales & Marketing & Siebel systems), Key Account Manager and System Owner (Spare Parts Global Management System) in Renault Trucks, Regional Manager (Renault Trucks 24/7) in Volvo Parts Customer Solutions, Business Leader (Vehicles Diagnostic tools & systems) and Program Manager (Soft Products & Aftermarket Program) in Renault Trucks, Director Aftermarket Process & Planning in Aftermarket and Soft Products department and currently Director Global Process & Solutions Management Aftermarket for Volvo Group.
During this period, I spent several “short time assignment” periods (6 months), in Tokyo, Greensboro and Göteborg.

    Saint-Priest France 2009 - 2012 Set out from the Renault Strategic Plan, SPA Foundation Program aims at setting up the after sales basics (e.g. the future Renault Trucks “Vehicle Health Record”, one of the pillars of tomorrow) necessary to build RT future, and leverage the development of soft products to sustain spare parts business.
    With this program we want to give to our dealers, all the mandatory processes and systems to switch to a “Vehicle Lifecycle Management” attitude, and help them to become proactive towards their customers.
    The program started in December 2010 and is planned to be finished by EURO6 (end 2013).
