In 2003, I partnered with 2 founders of Momie Folie, owning and working alone in a small Comics Book Shop located in Grenoble.
Since then, we multiplied by 7 the turnover, reaching 2,3M€ in 2010, through opening news shops in Grenoble, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand and Dijon. Cie now operates as an SAS holding with 3 subsidiaries and overall 14 employees.
My focus for Momie Folie is on finding new business opportunities.

• In charge of the European Field Repair Engineering (monitoring business performance, facilitating objective setting, designing and leading improvement plans) over a 100 MUSD business; Responsible of 2 MUSD savings in fy2001.
• Lead the improvement of the support service offering, launch and admin processes of the European bench repair organization. 1 MUSD Project with high operational criticity (1400Man/days for change management and 1600Man/days for IT development over 1 year).

• In charge of the Vantive Competency Support Center aiming at rolling-out pre-packaged Customer Relationship Management Applications within subsidiaries WW. Conducted a Call center project in Turkey and Sales Force Automation projects in China, Germany, Switzerland, Africa & Brazil.
• Led 2 IT projects aiming at reducing WW accounts closure processing time :
Set-up a new infrastructure for a quicker Inter-company accounts reconciliation (850Man/days to develop interfaces, enable EDI between 100 subsidiaries).
Optimized IT processes for Month-end closing of the French Mother Cie (20 billion FRF income), through a 750Man/days Project over 1 year.
