11 contactsIn the contexts where the ICRC is present, the administrator plays a key role within the delegation, providing management and finance support to the various departments. His/her responsibilities are considerable, and include such areas as finance, management of local personnel, administration of the premises and external relations within the framework of the administrative management.
Since I started working for the ICRC, I worked in three different contexts. Recently I am responsible for 2 sub sites (120 persons). At minimum, the ICRC Administrator has a team of 6 people under his direct supervision and the responsibility of around 50 persons.
