As MLRO, responsible for the development, supervision and partially execution of the procedures and controls stated in the 3rd EU-MLD and the adopted local regulation codes in the various jurisdictions that our group operates in.

- Calculations of taxable income and tax compliance management, including tax consolidation (“intégration fiscale”), for a group comprised of 23 companies
- Coaching a Consultancy firm’s top management team in their transition period from traditional practices to the outsourcing of the finance function. My assignment included direct support as a CFO replacement (team management, accounting and taxation monitoring, liaising with auditors, preparing and monitoring budgets in collaboration with the CEO)
