Ingénieur d'exploitation pour Michael Page, je dispose d'une connaissance transverse de l'environnement applicatif d'un datacenter à échelle internationale. Mes connaissances s'étendent de l'administration des applications web (Weblogic, IIS) à celle des bases de données (SQLServer) en passant par la gestion de divers applicatifs internes de production (Cognos).
L'évolution & les problématiques spécifiques à un environnement hautement virtualisé comme celui-ci, la rédaction d'accords de service avec nos clients ainsi que la bonne conduite de projets en alliant maitrise technique et interactions fonctionnelles sont également des aspects de mes aptitudes et mon quotidien.

- Client needs assessment to enhance the quality of service provided. SQLServer technical assistance to development teams.
- Development & enhancement of automated extraction & reporting processes (SSIS & bash scripts, PL/SQL & T-SQL), along with replication processes between heterogeneous Databases.
- Co-Administration of the whole DB environment. DB tuning & monitoring (Performance Analysis, Spotlight, OEM...). Data cleansing & quality process of the live data.
