    Industrial follow-up: lead 10 critical parts (complex technical issues VS planning challenges)
    Team work with Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering to support our suppliers in developing
    the product, achieving performance and preparing Mass production phase.

    2013 - 2013 Sourced in low cost countries for a cost saving of 20% a year and a turnover of 1M EUR .
    Hosted crossed-functions workshops to define new purchasing processes and strategy after
    SAP

    Rationalized the list of supplier and cost structure on material test samples using the Lean
