    Current project : Transfer of production to Tunisian Site.
    Previous project : Industrialization of mechanisms for A320 doors.

    Projet actuel : Transfert de production vers site Tunisien

    Paris 2013 - 2013 Deployment of the SAFRAN + Policies (SAFRAN Group’s improvement initiatives), inside the UK Business Unit. Implementation of several tools in order to improve the global efficiency of the Messier-Bugatti-Dowty Concessions activity:
    - Implementation of the Lean-Sigma initiatives,
    - Development of new tool for a better management (VBA),
    - Measurement of the impacts, in term of efficiency improvement.

    Déploiement des politiques SAFRAN + (initiatives d'amélioration du Groupe SAFRAN), à l'intérieur de la Business Unit au Royaume-Uni et mise en place de plusieurs outils afin d'améliorer l'efficacité globale de l'activité avec Messier-Bugatti-Dowty :

  • Club d'aéromodélisme de l'ENIT - Président

    2012 - 2012 President of the Model aircraft club of ENIT (Relaunch of the club).

    2011 - 2012 President of the 4L ENIT DUNE Association (budget of € 3,600 and 5 team for the 4L Trophy).

    2011 - 2011 In charge of continuation and implementation of Lean Manufacturing in the company with many project.
    - Supervised the time, costs, and quality indicator,
    - Administered the 5S,
    - Managed the workflow.
    Results: Gain of time and space for the parts flow.

    Poursuite et mise en place du Lean Manufacturing au sein de l’entreprise à travers plusieurs projets :
    - Mise en place d’indicateur QCD,
    - Poursuite du 5S,
    - Gestion des flux de pièces.
    Cela ayant permis un gain de temps et de place pour les flux des pièces en production.

  • HALBERG DESIGN - Montréal (CA) - Designer and illustrator on Catia V5

    2010 - 2010 Designer and illustrator on Catia V5 on different project.
    - Created and developed a machine for recycling of screens CRT,
    - Conceived a robot for automatic students lesson at school,
    - Generated CAD aircraft parts.

    Concepteur et dessinateur sur Catia V5 à travers divers projet.
    - Conception de machine pour le recyclage d’écran à tube cathodique,
    - Conception d’un robot pour les cours d’automatique en IUT,
    - Modélisation 3D de diverses pièces/outillages aéronautique.
