Mission : Responsible for developing calculation engineers team and for supporting R&D, projects and tenders.
Management of the design engineering team composed of 30 engineers:
* Recruit and affect engineers on projects and tenders ;
* Ensure department development in terms of know-how, tools and methodologies ;
* Accountable for teams performance on tenders and projects (technical and planning follow up, documentation quality check) ;
* Approve manhours budget on tenders, and responsible for updating internal benchmark ;
* Manage R&D activity (in the department and with other disciplines),a nd develop partnership with engineering schools, university and laboratories ;
* Develop partnership with suppliers and engineering sub-contractors ;
* Act as expert on projects with clients ;
* Enforce HSE and engineering policy and rules within teams,
* Group technical expert for pipeline installation analyses,
* Internal trainer, and provide technical course in the Offshore Master of Ecole Centrale Marseille
