-Initiate and lead cost reduction program: negotiation, technical productivity, re-sourcing, logistic.

-Follow supplier's performance indicators: purchasing index, quality indicators, service rate.
-Experience in contractual domain: Legal items, Insurance, purchasing terms, QCD progress plan and logistic protocol. (Including VMI implementation)
-Data analysis on global commodity business and strategy. Purchasing budget management per commodity.
-Product/process technical knowledge: electrical heater (PTC), aluminum pipes, heat exchangers, plastic parts.
-In charge of 6 MEur external purchase amount and 40 MEur of internal purchase amount.


Project Buyer - P0 - Renault

-In charge of purchasing activities linked to complete system restyling. (Quotation, offer analysis, planning)
-Participate to regular technical review to established best economical and technical scenario.


Project Buyer - P1 - Electrical Heater (New product line development)

-Lead request for quotation and negotiation until supplier nomination.
-In charge of supplier planning follow-up from design development phase to new products validation

-Build division Tooling Panel strategy according to Chinese market needs and Valeo Branch strategy.
-Purchase housings moulds (18 Tons) and precision moulds. (Blower wheel, kinematics) Total of 160 moulds.
-Follow-up of parts and moulds validation in P1 projects. (BMW, Nissan, PSA, DC) Enhance planning follow-up.
-Develop local know-how with Valeo France mould experts support.
-Upgrade moulds purchasing management level. (Request for quotation, standard components, cost)


Bidding On line Coordinator (BOL) - China division

-Select parts to be auctioned. Plastic suppliers identification and evaluation.
-Auction done on plastic parts and overseas transportation. (Saving realized from 10% to 20%)
-Organize parts re-sourcing. (Safety stock, moulds transfer, start of production)


VALEO 5000 Coordinator (Supplier Integration)

-Build and follow actions plan to respect Valeo purchasing standard procedure.
-Regular actions review with purchasing team. Valeo 5000 self-assessment to prepare future audit.

-Project follow-up of machines importation from Europe and USA: Plastic injection presses, spurting
metallizer, coaters, robots? Including regular project review with suppliers until machines installation.
-Planning and actions plan follow-up, technical issues review with PTM, problems solving ? Lay out definition.
