Cross-cultural, I stayed for a long time in Anglo-Saxon, Asian and Arabic countries where I acquired robust knowledge in the cultural and linguistic domains which allows me to build up connections very easy.
Energetic and ambitious, at present I run the Freight Tracking Project / Quality of the Department Transport / Logistic in BaByliss, but also validating a Master's Degree in Management of Projects and Programs at the Skema Business School (in Paris - FR).
Passionate about quality, fashion and a certain lifestyle, my next goal is to move closer to those passions.
Since my first experience in the most known Parisian’s Hotels, I have familiarity with luxury world, and even if my different talents have been used in diverse industries those past years, I can assure you that my personality and my passion for a high quality service / product, has been maintained at the same level, and if not, it has only grown up.
Project oriented / directed “Customer Services for Key Accounts Customer & Quality of the logistic performances”. More specifically, I was recruited to implant a real customer service within the logistic, for this job creation, my missions are, the definition of the action plan, the integration of new procedures, the creation and the follow-up of indicators (KPIs), and finally, the improvement of the satisfaction of national and international customers. Created in the rapidly expanding period of the company, my function is directed "Quality of the Transport Department, and Quality of the service to the Key Account Customers".
Objectives of this job creation :
_ Make of BaByliss logistic, the shop window of the company
_ Continuous improvement of the national and international customer ‘satisfaction
_ Continuous improvement of the internal department (Synergy of the operations)
_ Improvement of the qualitative performance of the carriers.
Versatility of the department and centralization of the information (constant coordination with all the stakeholders), brought to BaByliss S.A the harmonization and the analysis which it missed in the Transport & logistic side of the company.
=> Creation of an autonomous Service inside the Transport and Logistic Dept.
