    - Achieving 40 % productivity in Headcount , Re-organizing the HR function in Business Partner model.
    - Developing and certifying an internal Trainer pool, running Management and Commercial Program , developing over 800 sales / Management Force.

    • Developing , training and certifying trainers around the world to deliver our training programs (450 Trainers were trained and certified as internal trainers around the world).

    • Setting KPI for measuring training effectiveness.
    • Qualifying suppliers and ensure , effectiveness in cost and quality.
