Entreprises

  • SONAXIS SA - Engineer

2017 - 2018 Tasks: i) to develop innovative materials for the detection of high-frequency ultrasounds, produce related technical reports, prospect for innovative manufacturing techniques and ii) to coordinate the technical tasks related to the European projects (H2020 programme) INNODERM (innoderm2020.eu/) and ESOTRAC (esotrac2020.eu/), within the company and with the European partners. Attend the meetings of the consortia and present the achieved technical developments.
Achievements: multiphysics simulation of high-frequency piezocomposite materials; development and characterization of prototypes of these materials.
  • BIOSPACE LAB - Junior Engineer

    2011 - 2015 Contract: Industry/Academic Research contract (CIFRE programme).
Assignment location: Institut Pluridisciplinaire Hubert Curien (IPHC, CNRS, UMR7178), Strasbourg, France.
Tasks: to carry out technical developments related to the multimodality whole-body small-animal imaging devices manufactured by Biospace Lab and preparation of the Ph.D.
Achievements: CPU/GPU implementation of a regularized (TV minimization) iterative reconstruction algorithm to deal with ill-posed limited-angle reconstruction problems; multi-parametric assessment of the algorithm; implementation of cone-beam projection operators for mesh-based phantoms; implementation and evaluation of segmentation techniques for high-contrast tissues; implementation and evaluation of a rigid and non-rigid registration workflow for the segmentation of the skeleton in subparts; manual delineation of low-contrast tissues in a set of contrast-enhanced micro-CT images; construction and registration of a whole body statistical atlas of the mouse; application to preclinical datasets and evaluation of the performance of the registration for the automated delineation workflow for the identification of high and low contrast tissues.
  • ATR Ingénierie - Internship - Engineer level

2011 - 2011 Development of guidelines for Human and Organizational factor in the conception choices for nuclear facilities. Application to the Spiral 2 Phase 2 project of GANIL (Caen, France).
  • SCK-CEN (Belgium) - Internship - Technician level

2010 - 2010 Software development. Implementation of front end and back end tool used for activity measurements, in relation with SQL databases and specialized acquisition software.
