    I am an enthusiastic and dynamic person, passionate about the beauty industry and desire to grow and develop my career internationally. I work in partnership with Global teams on the Makeup Strategy to develop regionally relevant programs with 360° support plans and in specific cases adaptation at a local level. Being in charge of a category gives me the opportunity to have daily contacts with our regional cross-functional teams, the US headquarter but also with all our 19 affiliates. Also in charge of Media for the region, I track and analyze EMEA media investments to make sure they are aligned with the regional strategy.
