- Prepare and negotiate clinical site agreement at a site level with Physicians and other relevant contractual parties
- Organize translations per country/ regulatory/ clients requirements
- Take responsibility for effective budget negotiation
- Prepare and submit clinical site agreement to CNOM (National Council of Physicians)and follow-up for recommendations

- Receive and analyse RFP from Business Development Director and ensure distribution to the operational groups
- Develop budget and changes in scope with assistance as needed in a timely manner
- Prepare Master Services Agreement, Letter of Intent and Services Agreement with Legal's support

- Promotion of the “OTC” (over the Counter) range with new packaging
- Redaction of the graphic charter with regulatory and logistic departments
- Definition and creation of promotional tools (PLV, leaflets) with a design agency
- Conception of sales tools (sale argument and product description)
- Following up the sales and competitor watch
- Organization of business trip
