- Management of satisfactory interface and communication within CONSORTIUM and with COMPANY representatives,

- Development of dedicated Pipe Tracking System for the spoolbase ensuring position and status of each of the 12475 joints (SJ & DJ) are known at each phase of the project.

QA/QC Management for Block 15/06 West Hub Development Project, including fabrication of rigid pipeline, PLETs, PLEM & Rigid Jumper and instalation of rigid production line, service rigid line, water injection rigid line, PLETs, PLEM, ILTs, cluster manifolds, umbilicals & flexible flowlines and risers system connected to an external turret moored FPSO in the Angolan deep offshore.

- Management of Quality Control team on 3 fabrication sites to ensure fullfilment of on time delivery to the required quality of Piping modules (Le Havre), Mudmats (Dande Spoolbase), Rigid Jumper (Middlesbrough) and Rigid pipeline / Pipe in Pipe (Dande Spoolbase),
- Management of inspection of purchased items (subsea ball valves, CS & Clad pipes, Forged CS & clad Pieces, structural steel, etc.) in collaboration with Expediting & Inspection Department,
- Follow up of Installation activities on QA/QC side in collaboration with Installation Project Engineers,
- Management of satisfactory interface and communication with COMPANY QA/QC representative
