Since 2010, I achieved critical digital projects for various clients : a Broker On Line, an Aeronautical subcontractor, one of the five best poker platforms in the world, an original and talented crowdfounding start up, a swiss online banking that will be launched in France in few months and now a vertical job board.
For most of them, I was dedicated to revamp the business model, optimizing revenues model, building forecasts, designing digital marketing plan, managing team to achieve the digital devices.
For others, I gave the opportunity to design business plans, to train the CEO , to organize roadshows supporting him and delivering relevant advices with VCs in France, Lux and USA.
