Third part mainteneur is DBS for national view and few partenrs are able to deliver post sales activities on Gateway products with specific approach on this activity and different regarding retail space
Portfolio is on hardware products ( Servers / Storage with HDS / Desktops / Notebooks and DISPLAYS ) for professionnal segments and managed services attach
2006 - 2009En charge d’une équipe de 15 personnes dont 9 commerciaux terrains et 6 commerciaux sédentaires (Paris et Province)
Animation totale de l’équipe au niveau management : réunion hebdomadaire, synthèse chaque semaine de l’activité des IC (rdv, affaires, marketing, analyse concurrence, outil CRM Siebel pour mesure des opportunités et devis en cours
Réunions de directions mensuelles et hebdomadaires pour faire le point des engagements équipe, par ligne de produits, en relation avec le budget associé sur le canal de distribution FSC
Animations réseau de revendeurs (300 premiers suivis) par des actions marketing, plans de marges arrières, visites terrains très régulières, séminaires revendeurs avec clients finaux, TDF, JPO
Quota semestriel équipe = 80 M€ sur les lignes de produits PC, Portables, Ecrans, serveurs et stockage
