I am an experienced project manager specialised in large & complex offshore FPSO projects, with SBM Offshore since 1996.
I started my career in FPSO Engineering (generalist skills, but major is in naval architecture and marine engineering) and Proposals, before moving first to Project Engineering (Engineering Project Manager for FPSO projects) and eventually Project Management.
I took in 2007 the position of Technical Manager for the development of FLNG within SBM Offshore. I was responsible for the overall coordination of technical development and project set-up with partners and sub-contractors. I was therefore directly involved in all FLNG projects of SBM and most of the FLNG projects on the market.
In March 2012, I moved again to project management and currently hold the position of Project Manager for the vessel and topsides of an oil FPSO project.
I have worked in an international environment since the beginning of my career, including but not limited to an expatriation of nearly three years in Japan for the construction of the 1st new built LPG FPSO (Sanha Project) as overall Engineering Manager.
I have a broad experience in FPSOs, LPG and FLNG, ranging from engineering and engineering management through to project management, business development and contracting.
