Assistant les décideurs métiers Global Services (EMEA) à identifier et prioritiser les initiatives stratégiques pour les prochaines années, j'interviens également en tant que Programme/Project Manager, suivant les besoins.

Entré chez Lexmark International en tant que Lead du Centre de Compétence Intégration pour la région EMEA, je suis en charge de tous les aspects Application Integration comprenant les technologies EAI, ETL, SOA, P2P, Data Integration et B2B.
Depuis Avril 2008, j'ai pris en charge les initiatives Integration liées à la mise en place du nouvel ERP (SAP) global et mono-instance.

Enrolled at Lexmark International as the EMEA Integration Center of Competencies Lead, I am in charge of all Application Integration aspects, including the EAI, ETL, Data Integration and B2B Technologies.
Since April 2008, I have been taking the Lead of the Integration intiatives related to the implementation of a new Global and single-instance ERP (SAP).

Depuis septembre 2005, je suis responsable de la gestion des initiatives autour des activités PDM/PLM (Gestion des Données Techniques Produit), afin d'optimiser les flux d'informations techniques des R&D jusqu'à la Production (Usines).
De plus, je suis en charge de la certification ISO 9001-2000 du département 'Global Rx Technologies'.
Enfin, je mène une étude d'impact sur les systèmes d'informations Opérations, suite aux changements important entrepris au sein des S.I. R&D.

Since September 2005, I am in charge of the Engineering initiatives related to the Essilor PDM/PLM (Product Data Management)in order to optimize the Engineering technical information flows from R&D department to Production.
On the top of it, I am also in charge of the ISO 9001-2000 certification for the Global Rx Technologies Department.
Eventually, I am running a study for evaluating the impact on the Information systems in the Operations Division following important changes in the R&D IS.

- J'ai rejoins le groupe Mars, Inc en Juillet 97, en tant qu'Analyste EDI chez ISI (Information Services International, la division S.I. du groupe Mars).
En plus de supported les flux EDI entrants/sortants pour toute l'Europe, j'ai été un acteur clés dans la migration du système EDI Mainframe (IBM) vers une plateforme Middleware (Unix)
- En 2001, j'ai quitté Haguenau (67) pour Orléans (45) afin de manager l'équipe locale des systèmes de reporting Ventes. Là aussi, j'ai permis la migration du système local vers un système consolidé dans un contexte d'implémentation SAP (reprise de l'existant) et de fusion des entités Petfood et Snackfood du groupe.
- De 2003 à 2005, j'ai travaillé en tant que Project Leader sur la stratégie gloable d'archivage SAP, et sur sa mise en oeuvre, et sur la gouvernance du Programme Global SAP, et plus particulièrement sur la coordination des tests des fonctionalités de base de l'application.

- I have joined Mars, Inc. in july 97, as an EDI Analyst at ISI (Information Services International, the IT Division of Mars).
On the top of supporting the EDI in/out flows for the whole Europe, I have been instrumental in migrating from a Mainframe system, the EDI plateform to a midrange system.
- In 2001, I have moved from Strasbourg to Orleans in order to take the lead of the French Sales Reporting Team. Here again, I have assisted the migration of the local Reporting system to a consolidated one, following the implementation of SAP in France, and the merge of Mars Alimentaire (Snackfood) and Unisabi (Petfood) to Masterfoods.
- Since 2003, I have been working as a Project Leader, on the Global SAP Archiving strategy and implementation, and on the governance of the Global SAP Program, especially on the coordination of the core functionalities testing.

Lancôme France (L'Oréal)

J'ai passé 6 mois de stage chez Lancôme France à Paris. Ma principale mission était de mettre en place un système de messagerie au siège de l'entreprise. Le périmètre du projet incluait la configuration technique des machines (serveurs et postes client), l'intégration de scanners et une passerelle Fax, la documentation technique, et bien sûr, la formation de plus de 100 personnes.

As part of my studies, I have spent 6 months at Lancôme France in Paris. My mission was to implement a mail system at the head office. The scope of the project included the technical setup (Server & clients), the connection of scanners and fax gateway, the technical documentation, and of course, the training of the 100+ employees.
