Hugues de Bérail

Hugues de Bérail started his career after studying at the Law University of Assas Paris and is today in charge of the Investment Pole for France since June 2007. He manages this pole which comprises the French Investment Department, the International Investment Department as well as the owner occupier sale Department for offices in the Greater Paris Region.
The French investment Pole forms an efficient team made up of multidisciplinary experienced profiles of 17 people who deal with sale and acquisition issues of domestic and international investors on the French territory. They also advise user purchasers and developers in the Great Paris Region.
From September 1989 to January 1991, Hugues worked as a Senior Real Estate consultant at The "Union Foncière et Financière" (UFFI), formerly a subsidiary of the CREDIT LYONNAIS. In 1991 he joined ATISREAL which became BNP PARIBAS Real Estate. He was appointed Associate then Director of the Sale Department for offices in the Greater Paris Region.
Hugues participated in the structuring of several hundred transactions of all asset classes on behalf of French and foreign investors, including: Axa, Allianz, Aviva, Caam, Foncière des Régions, Ge Real Estate, Gécina, Générali, Goldman Sachs, Hammerson, Hsbc, Ing Reim, Klépierre, Lasalle, Mgpa, Morgan Stanley, Natixis, Orion, Pramerica Financial, Sfl, Sgam, Swiss Life, Tishman, Ubs, Unibail Rodamco...
Over the last two years Hugues and his teams were involved in a great number of important investment transactions. They advised successfully on acquisition and sales-side resulting in a global investment volume over one billion euros.
