    Paris 2008 - 2014 Vice-President Legal focused on Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring. Reports to the General Counsel and is responsible for the implementation and management of the following activities:
    - (Re)structuring of legal entities on a worldwide basis, subsidiaries capital re-organisation and/or rationalization and associated corporate legal work,
    - Legal M&A including cross border divestment, IPO and public offering, purchase and disposal of companies or assets, creation and/or dissolution of joint ventures; mergers, formation of long terms joint venture, strategic alliances and any other similar transactions relating to the Group ownership structure,
    - Leads our Investment and Divestment (most small caps) policy
    - provides advice and analysis on any legal risks of a Group dimension on the basis of our international commercial operations and serves accordingly as a resource for informed decision-making and creative problem-solving at Group Excom level,
    - provides assistance to the other Group Corporate functions on strategic matters requiring legal inputs such as IPRs, Strategy, Finance,

    In addition to these dedicated activities:
    - provides assistance to the Group Compliance Officer in various matters (anti-corruption, anti-trust, insider trading)
    - leads the litigations involving Technip Group and supervises the major litigations in all Group Operating areas
    - manages a team of 8 (direct report) lawyers at HQ level and of 8 (functional report) at Regional level
    - deputizes the General Counsel for various management tasks of the Group Legal Division, notably the management of the budget of the division and the Group panel of law firms.

    - du management d’une équipe de 8 juristes et 1 assistante
    - des cessions de certaines activités commerciales et industrielles de EADS DCS
    - des acquisitions multi juridictionnelles en Europe et aux Etats Unis (asset deal et share deal)
