I have the reponsibility of business control management for commercial activities (New & Used vehicle sales) on the French market.

- Reponsible for compliance of accounts with international standards (IFRS) & internal procedures
- Establishment of budgets & forecasts with operational teams
- Developement of financial management tools
- Developement & analysis of KPIs
- Establishment of commercial conditions in line with corporate strategy
- Participation in bid for tenders for public transport
- Deployment of a cost reduction projet on my perimeter

Renault Trucks is an international company that offers the most diversified range of commercial vehicules. It has more than 14 000 employees worldwide.

My role was to provide financial support to local organisations on various geographical areas (Middle East; China; Russia)
Establishment of budgets & forecasts
Consolidation of results, analysis and ensuring compliance with corporate rules
Developpement & follow up of financial action plans

I also worked on international industrial cooperations projects in China & Russia via the definition and follow up of business plans.
