Currently Program Manager in Ericsson for all Orange accounts in MUSA (Market Unit Subsaharan Africa), I have managed teams of up to 40 persons and of different skills. I have accepted many challenges, including creating new services and cumulating responsibilities, and have always succeeded in reaching objectives. My successive employers know me as a reliable, hard working and competent person.

I am a dynamic, methodical and conscientious person, permanently concerned by the customers’ satisfaction and company’s profitability. I appreciate traveling professionally and enjoy teamwork. Ericsson provides innovative telecommunication solutions to operators (telcos), enterprises, government defense, etc.. Implementation of all Intelligent Network (IN) & Value Added Services (VAS) applications + Supervision of implementation of other products project managers (global planning, progress report, customer main contact). I have installed in the customer network:
· New OSP2.3 IN with Prepaid Telephony (PPT) & Prepaid Cards (PPC)
· DAM – SRP announcement servers.
· MMIC (video conferencing), SMC (ADSL subscribers).
· Supervision of deployment of E10 Switches, Litespans, ATM, BAS, etc.
· Study + project follow up of [Alcatel + Siemens] equipments interconnection.

2004-2005
ALCATEL Mobile Division (MSD) : IN & VAS Program Manager :
My mission is to lead implementation program of all Intelligent Network (IN) & Value Added Services (VAS) applications for Nigeria's second national operator, Globacom, the fastest growing GSM network in Africa, ramping-up over 1 million subscribers in its first nine months of operation. One of Alcatel major accounts worldwide. Project of several hundreds of million USD per year.
Mission includes : Team recruitment & management, audit of existing platforms & services, correction of platforms trouble tickets & stabilization of all services, analysis of customer new requirements, Negotiation of support contract with local Hewlett Packard (HP) representant. I have managed deployment of :
· A dedicated & powerful scratch cards database (previously hosted on an IN).
· 7 R2.2 additional INs platforms in the network.
· 2 OSP2.3 (new generation of IN) platforms and migration strategy from R2.2 to OSP2.3.
· IN & VAS migrations to new generations or to new network equipment (STP, etc),
· New SMS-C dual node, MMS & Voicemail systems, with new features,
· Regular Alcatel telecommunication & application innovations (IN features).

“EUREKA Soft - VoxPilot” : French-British company based in Paris : Telecommunication software editor. allowing Telcos to provide high level value-added voice services. Delivered platforms are IVRs using ISDN or Services Nodes – Service Control Points (SCP) in Intelligent Networks (IN) using SS7 (ISUP, INAP) or CAMEL protocols, with access to large databases, configuration GUI, and services such as PrePaid cards, Post-Paid, Call Centers, Least Cost Routing, 08XX Toll Free or Premium rate numbers, etc., with or without ASR, TTS, SMS, VoiceXML, Fax, etc. Fast evolution within the company as follows :

2004 Pre-Sales Director :
Leader for all pre-sales activities in the company (multimedia, fixed and mobile networks, traditional and VoiceXML solutions). Tasks include recruitment and training of engineers, enabling them to build professional technical offers, answers to RFI-RFP, meet customers and explain technically why we have the best product, etc. Weekly reporting. Am the Person guaranteeing all technical answers to customers in sales department for all Business Units.


2003 Project Leader + Senior Pre-Sales Advisor :
Management of all the company after-sales projects : Recruitment and supervision of project managers. Animation of projects weekly meetings, reporting with precise progressions, intermediate deadlines, profitability information and customers impressions. I provide conformity guarantees of the delivered contents (budget, schedule and specifications). Objectives are customers satisfaction and profitability for my company. Participation in company’s management committee & decision board. I have managed and deployed projects on value-added services platforms for the following customers : France Telecom, 9 Telecom and Kapteck (LDCOM), Cegetel, SFR, Orange, Monaco Telecom, Map Telecom etc. And in partnership with ALCATEL CIT and TITN: Saltel (Salvador), Costa Rica Telecom, Stentor (Ireland), Sri Lanka, etc . Part of the projects of the company are assigned to me. Management of engineers and developers (projects of 80 K€ to 3 Million € turnover). Projects analysis, writing of specification documents, tasks distribution according to competences, team briefing, delegating and planning of workload, follow-up and reporting (in-house and for customers), regular verification of the chosen indicators. Recruitment of technicians and engineers in order to supplement the projects team. Participation in the company’s management committee & decision board.

Creation of the service.
