    Within the Change Central Team, I am responsible for:

    1. Adoption Follow-up and Analytics:

    - Set up dashboards and tools for the business performance analysis
    - Organized, prepared and lead weekly meetings to review the adoption KPIs
    - Followed-up on countries’ performance and action plans through regular conference calls
