    Arques 2005 - maintenant En charge tant au niveau opérationnel qu'au niveau stratégique de l'intégralité de la fonction RH sur la Division Cookware du Groupe Arc International ; met à disposition le support nécessaire requis par les managers Européens en vue d'assurer le recrutement, la fidélisation, l'évolution des compétences, le développement et la motivation de l'ensemble des équipes Européennes. Ceci dans le but de permettre d'atteindre les objectifs opérationnels et stratégiques de l'entreprise.

    Ceci qui regroupe les missions suivantes :

    - Recrutement en France et à l'International (12 pays couverts)
    - Gestion des RH de l'ensemble de la Division (600 personnes sur 12 pays)
    - En charge des relations sociales (CE, DP, CHSCT, relations et négociations avec les syndicats) et garante du climat social
    - Garante du respect de la législation sociale, pour tous les pays représentés (normes locales)
    - Mise en place des processus RH (formation, plans de remplacement, entretiens annuels, gestion des hauts potentiels)
    - Développement du principe de best practise au sein de l'équipe RH

    Manage the operational as well as strategic needs and requirements of the European Human Resources function. Provide the necessary support services to European managers enabling them to recruit, hire, retain, train, develop and motivate all European associates to fulfil the operational and strategic goals and objectives of the Company.

    B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Manage the operational HR functions. This includes for example operational issues in the plants, headcount reporting, headcount management as well as restructuring and recruiting.

    2. As an integrated part of the annual business planning, prepare an European Human Resources strategic plan and an annual plan for key HR initiatives.

    3. Propose and implement key HR processes (Training, succession planning, yearly appraisal, Hipot management, etc.)

    4. Manage the recruitment, retention, succession planning and development of people. Ensures hiring of qualified/competent personnel on a cost effective basis

    5. Manage the development, implementation, interpretation of Human Resources function throughout Pyrex teams. As much as is possible, ensure consistency among countries and with global practices. Actively seeks to identify leading HR practices which can be integrated into the Pyrex teams.

    6. Is responsible for administration of compensation policies, in term of job descriptions, salary grades and functional relations with local payroll. Benchmark Pyrex payroll policies with salary surveys and market practices. Administers associate benefit programs with consistency on a country by country basis.

    7. Implement performance appraisal tools such as PACE review and other development tools as needed.

    8. Ensure that Corporate goals, vision and missions statements, philosophy and culture are the guidelines of European HR action plans, of the way we manage our business and treat our associates.

    9. Initiate, lead and maintain activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of motivation.

    10. Coordinate implementation of training, education and development programs as needed and identified during PACE reviews.

    11. Ensure the relationship with union representatives in countries where they exist. Ensure local labor regulations are respected.

    12. Ensure and appraises HR added value through an objective HR metrics (scorecard).
