• Maintain, support, and coordinate the Commercial Director's daily schedule, calendar, meetings, travels arrangements, expenses, taxes;
• Reference point of contact for other internal company organizations and teams;
• Support all business process: overseeing commercial agreements, quotation, invoicing;
• Support RFQ process;
• Plan and organize events, management team off-sites meetings, conventions, and associate functions by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling budgets;
• Organization of the Senior Management Team off-sites meetings (provider and location sourcing, budget and logistics).

• Maintain, support, and coordinate the General Manager’s and Business Manager’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, travels arrangements, expenses, taxes.
• Follow up of all business unit HR processes (recruitment, new starters and leaver processes, updating personnel files, salaries and appraisals, managing relationships with agencies, administer expenses, updating business unit polices and procedures, employees training program)
• Facilities management : directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, supervising and coordinating work of contractors calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services, planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources, managing car and mobile fleet;

• Public relations: implementing journalist database, writing and copy-editing of press releases. assembling and distributing press kit, responsible for the weekly press review;
• Maintain, support, and coordinate the Corporate Communication Manager daily schedule, calendar, meetings, travels arrangements, expenses, and taxes.

• Support to communication Director to Develop and implement corporate communications plan and messaging platforms for both internal and external customers;
