Managing a team of up to 40 people on rotation and 10 locals and up to six operations in Congo

In charge of Company registration, operations, personnel, HSE, equipment, administration, finance, invoicing, recruiting, taxes, logistic, custom, and marketing. Reporting to the HQ, budget and revenue forecast, answering calls for tender and maintaining tenders documents. Liaison to client. Supervising FWR documentation. Managing a team of up to 25 people and up to four operations for three different clients over two countries.
