2003 - 2006Studies Manager – Finance, Logistic and Purchasing Domain in the SAP Competence Center
In charge to write project proposal including feasibility study, costing and project workload & planning with the keys users representatives and the functional manager of the SFR group’s divisions
*To coordinate a bidding to put in place an eProcurement system for SFR. Budget: 3,4 M€, 4.200 Days/man during 11 months.
* Implementation of Transport Management SAP functionalities leading to 50% reduction of number of deliveries and a saving of 250-350k€/year.
* To lead the study on the upgrade opportunities to SOA concept for SFR with the new mySAP Business Suite and NetWeaver.
* To present SFR testimony about SAP APO implementation during SAP Telco 2005 USA
* To be the contractual and commercial coordinator with SAP company.

1997 – 2000: Logistics Project Leader
- Project managed:
* Redesign of the information systems of the European Distribution Center. Benefits of the project : +376 % de productivity (from 12 deliveries/Man in 1997 to 57 del./M. in 2000)
* To organize a permanent Steering committee
* Active contribution to projects as Logistics expert for Europe:
* 2 Waters Subsidiary mergers
* Opening of a on-line shopping site
* Opening of the Center of Production in Ireland
- To recruit and to manage a team of 2 Business Analysts.
1996 – 1997 : FI/CO Project Leader
* To facilitate the implementation in 14 subsidiaries of Waters ( 50 users) of SAP, by identifying the specific expectations ( local fiscal and customs laws) of the Finance manager of subsidiaries. To lead actions of change management to insure a good acceptance of the new system. Elaboration of the training supports for the users and formalization of the procedures.
* Participation as financial expert in the detailed adequacy and in the prototype realization for 10 other subsidiaries in Asia. (Australia, Hong-Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan) and North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) in association with the local computer teams.
