One unifying theme in my career - I've consistently taken on organizations with large problems and helped them not just overcome their problems, but to realize their true potential and achieve (and maintain) breakthrough levels of performance. In a profile, one usually likes to talk about their own accomplishments, but the fact is that I've always been able to find incredible talent in the people around me.
