Currently Senior Management Consultant with expertise in working with senior executives in the non-profit and health care sector, to decode their business strategies into the design and implementation of effective new operating models and organizations, offering clients insights and advice through strategy effectiveness consulting engagements and strong code of ethics.
Prior to that over four years of program development and customer relartionship management as a Strategic Coordinator for the french Finance and Economy Ministry.
Before that I worked in a multi industry environment of consultant experience starting as a technical Consultant for Oracle, then as an Expert in Business Intelligence for Microstrategy.
One unifying theme in my career - I've consistently taken on organizations with large problems and helped them not just overcome their problems, but to realize their true potential and achieve (and maintain) breakthrough levels of performance. In a profile, one usually likes to talk about their own accomplishments, but the fact is that I've always been able to find incredible talent in the people around me. Mobilizing that talent and getting teams to achieve great things has been the secret to all of my career accomplishments.
