Follow-up the services provided between the IT Infrastructure department (GTS) and internal clients of the SG Group (SG Private Banking, SG Vietnam Finance and Family Credit):
- Worked with the different IT teams in Asia (Windows and Unix Server teams, Network team...),
- Update assets and applications referentials tool of the SG Group.
- Follow-up and analysis of the Year To Date costs,
- Follow the reallocation costs to the internal clients,
- Prepare material for Quarterly SLA reviews,
- Incident management: Preparation of the monthly Incident Cold Reports,
- Worked on ways to improve projects' management.
