Humain ressource:
- Management of 4 account managers, 1 HR and 60 engineers
- Supervising the recruitment process for engineers and sales.
- Skills management (day to day management, training, annual interview)
- Weekly and Monthly review
- Member of the board comity and reporting to the CEO.
- Transversal projects (improvement of processes on recruitment, quality and internal coordination)
Sales mission in industrial companies: Automotive, Defense, telecommunications
- Definition of the strategy and objectives for the Agency (revenue, margin, targets)
- Control of the margin compared to objectives
- Team development on new Customers
- Help the sales team to answer of the RFP up to closing.
Business Unit Manager (1.5 year)
Goals: Development and management of 40 engineers and 2 account Manager. Create a new Agency for reporting to the board.
- Same activities on HR and sales with a smaller team. (2 account managers and 40 engineers)
Account Manager (1.5 year) :
Goals: create a new portfolio of customers and create a BU up to 20 engineers.
