2003 - 2010MEGADYNE France, subsidiary company of MEGADYNE Group (200 M€), worldwide leader in design, manufacturing and distribution of power transmission belts and pulleys.
In charge of the technical application studies, technical trainings, quality insurance, marketing, pulleys production plant, purchasing and managing a portfolio of OEM customers.
Production : Supervision of the production unit with the objectives of ensuring the timeliness, costs and quality. Personnel management. Optimizing the production tool (improving quality and reducing manufacturing time). Management of the machines fleet (preventive and curative maintenance) and equipment (qualification and compliance). Supervision for the quotes / launch (price calculation and recovery time of manufacture).
Quality : Establishing a new quality insurance system. Establishment of procedures, staff training and performance monitoring quality of society. Management of non-conformities (definition and implementation of remedial and corrective actions).
Purchases : Supplier Quality Management (quality performance monitoring : compliance of parts and timeliness of deliveries), negotiation of major contracts (definition of targets prices, economic quantities, development framework contracts).
Sales / Marketing : Managing a portfolio of OEM customers, treatment of tenders (feasibility studies, technical recommendations, calculations of cost prices, offers, tracking of deliveries calls). Travel clients during projects. Managing creative visual for advertising publications in specialized magazines as well as for trade shows.
Training and support : Creating training materials. Training in distribution network and OEM customers’ people. Support the sales department (in house or field). Creation of documents and technical tools for sales (technical data sheets, technical calculation software, price calculation).
Application studies : Receipt and analysis of customers’ specifications. Checking the feasibility and definition of the technical solution. Where appropriate, in consultation with various subsidiaries of the group’s production plants, development or improvement of existing products based on need while ensuring the economic viability of the project (target price, competition). Preparation and submission of technical studies to the customer. Follow the case until its conclusion.
2002 - 2003Responsible for implementation studies, training and technical support. Management of quality insurance. Through the creation of the French subsidiary (merger of 2 existing structures), together with the CEO, corporate reorganization to align with the expectations of the group (making the company technically independent, change of the management information system, training the sales force...).
1999 - 2002BINDER MAGNETIC, national leader in production and sales of power transmission parts as polyurethane belts and pulleys, electromagnetic parts and linear transfer systems.
Through the integration of a new range of products (linear transfer systems), creation of a calculation software (beam deflection calculation) and a technical catalog (range presentation and design assistance). Presentation to the linear system’s manufacturer of the technical resources in place for commercial development of its range of products on the French market. Training of commercial service. Treatment of tenders and technical management of the customer’s requests.
1997 - 1999Within the customer service and national distribution, receipt of applications and preparation of tenders, technical recommendations, monitoring and recovery of commercial offers. Moving to OEM customers to solve technical problems.
